We are looking for a talented social media manager to run our social media accounts! You will be responsible for creating on-brand content, managing posts, responding to followers, tracking engagement, etc. You will be managing our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. Our social media presence is of highest importance to us, and your role is vital for ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement!
General Responsibilities:
-Launches and grows presence on social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, etc.
-Works cross functionally to ensure social media goals align with company goals.
-Writes and curates content designed to engage followers and promote the brand in a positive way.
-Creates and executes social media campaigns to promote the brand.
-Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to any complaints, questions and comments left on the company's social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner.
-Continuously monitors site analytics to see what types of content followers respond to the most and adjusts the strategy accordingly.
-Prepares reports to update internal staff on usage statistics.
Job Qualifications:
-Education: Associates/ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
-Experience: 2-3 years of related experience (preferred)
Skills:
-Experience as a social media manager or a similar role
-Experience in creating social media strategies
-Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, etc.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Craft engaging content
-Organized and able to multitask

General Responsibilities:
-Ability to multitask – should be able to be flexible in prioritizing tasks efficiently and accurately
-Adhere to the company’s standard for resolving customer concerns quickly and favorably
-Ability to regulate emotion and stay calm during time-sensitive situations
-Able to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
-Keeps records of all customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
-Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
-Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
-Maintains close contact with customer to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service requests.
-Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation.
-Processes applications, releases, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, invoices and other related paperwork.
Job Qualifications:
-Preferred 1-2 years experience in customer service
-Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
-Strong verbal and written communications and admin skills
-Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy
-Engaging personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
